American Social Dance Through the Decades is a GEF sponsored program offered to all 3rd grades in Gloucester during one gym period per week for six weeks. Popular music and dance trends are like a window into the eras out of which they came, reflecting the culture and ideas of the time. This program gives students a direct physical experience with America's innovative cultural history. |
